Part 1: Speed Freak

There is little to report about this mission: all was simply reduced to hit and chase game with those criminal; however this is how it has gone. The first problem was that of finding a suitable mean to chase the vans and doing so attracted on us the Police attention: the mission started with the wrong attitude. It didn't get any better when we discovered that each van was home for at least three men ready for confrontation; all of them were prepared for a gunfight and a few also carried weapons as heavy as a rocket launcher. The chase primarly revolved around China Town, Little Tokyo and the Docks, but Sion found the time to pay a little visit to Hollywood and the highways. Things took a bent for the worse when, during the chase, some civilian were injured during a car accident. After receiving the help of many Hollywood Movie characters, things got better up to the point when bad luck turned to fortune: forced to use the underground, Omega, got on a Special Train, a Train whose Driver was none the less than Lucifer Himself! With his help, reaching the remaining vans was child play and we could retrieve the file just in time before they were delivered to Bandit.

Part 2: Aftermath

One of the downside aspects is probably that this mission boosted Anubis's ego so much that we'll feel its effects for a long time. However, this is not the real problem: from the analisys of the files, it resulted that they were a careful collection of the mistakes and information leaks happened during our Italian Mission (Leonardo's Legacy). Data were collected quite carefully and with a special attention to the links between the "strange facts" that happened through Italy during our stay. This means that someone was scrying our activities at that time; also, this unknown delator was willing to sell this information to F.B.I. for reason different from money (in that case he would have surely received a better payment from a criminal organization or Tyron itself). It seems also obvious that Tyron was not involved, or it would have passed the data through its own channels and we'd never have the possibility of intercepting them. This points in only one direction: someone probably has figured out our existence and seems willing to sabotage our crusade... We'll have to be even more wary, from now on...
