NickName: Fandango    Full Name: Ramon de la Cruz
Notes: Ramon is of Southamerican origins, and strongly believes in the "Live fast Die young" theory. Rolling from trouble to trouble, he learnt the ways of life by the street and that of the commando by his uncle, a former guerrilla man of the Middle America sector. His familiarity with such ways of life and combat makes him a preciuos element for the Scarlet Cobras, also, his agility and kick based military combat style makes him a gifted close quarters fighter. He is also well versed in rifle and firearms skill in general, rounding out is training. After the exodus from Sylicon Ville, he was quite sceptical of this people asking for his help in a war he never ever heard of, but, living in tight contact with the other members of the New Scarlet Cobras convinced him of their genuine good will. He was employed at the Fate Bar as a bouncer with Voltz and Sion and developed a strong friendship with them; later, he met Kain, Lara and Fey Lee who were school mates or Fate's Customers and a strong respect  tied the young Zooanthropes. Aside for his initial mistrust, Ramon adapted easily to his new lifestyle and he soon developed quite a friendship with the more military oriented members of the team and with the little Lulu.
