Notes: Differently from many others in the New Scarlet Cobras, Chun-Li has no military past, nonetheless, her fighting skill are almost unequaled, especially her martial arts and her knowledge on explosives. Chun-Li was raised since childhood from the Chinese triad which, every generation, trains one of its men to become their most lethal assassin, to become the Freeman. The girl’s already great abilities were, at Chinese men great surprise, made greater by her Zooanthropic heritage. The uncountable brain-washings and attempts to deprive her of her own will, did not prevent Chun-Li from finally fleeing from that life made of blood and assassinations. She got till N.Y., where she met Cammy and together they became a couple of street policewomen always in the heat of troubles. Together with Cammy, she was the first to take up arms against Tyron and was in the very front line together with her mate during the SyliconVille Accident. Her assassin training can still be felt in her aptitude to solo mission (or, at best, coupled with Cammy) or in the "blue" moments in which she falls and from which only her mate seems to be able to lift her.
